Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Class A/B CDL Delivery Driver for our Upper Marlboro, MD facility. 

This is a 6 month assignment now but could turn into permanent !!!!!

** Must be 21 years or older!**
All drivers must hold the required state-issued self-certification designation of non-excepted interstate and provide proof.

Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:00pm or finish
Starting Pay: $26 an hour with available overtime.

Job Description:
Class B driver needed to drive a 28' flatbed truck, the truck is automatic,
helpful if they know how to strap and unstrap their load. Hauling materials from ductile iron pipe, fittings, fire hydrants and construction supplies. Making 4 to 6 deliveries a day, longest delivery from facility would be 60 miles. Must be smart phone savvy to complete deliveries such as taking photos of the load and getting proper signatures of the delivery.

Job Functions:
Looking for an individual with longevity with work history and customer service background.
Must have Valid CDL Class B License
Must be willing to drive a flatbed in Washington D.C.
Unload or assist in unloading material as required.
Ensure that material is properly secured and within weight limits.
Ensure delivery of ticket with material and obtain customer signature.
Pick up customer returns and validate that product matches request for credit.
Pick up local-pickup purchase orders.
Secure and return packing list(s).
