Job Description

We are looking for Packaging Operators at our Mooresville, IN warehouse facility.

IMMEDIATE START!

Shifts: Rotating Shift, 2-3-2, off every other weekend

Day Shift/Pay: 2-3-2 (rotating), 8:30am-5pm, $14.50 an hour

*Training: Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm for 4 weeks

Night Shift/Pay: 2-3-2 (rotating), 3pm-11pm, $14.50 an hour

*Training: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm for 4 weeks

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform packaging duties such as manual lifting, packaging, taping, labeling operations and sorting
Loading packaging machine with supplies, such as bags, shrink wrap spools and ties
Operate control panel to robotic equipment
Move product and inventory using a forklift and bin system
Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Understands and follow basic verbal and written instructions
Effectively communicate information and respond to questions from various levels within the company
Maintain the production pace of the other team members
Works efficiently and manages time effectively
Possesses physical strength and stamina required to stand, walk, and lift for long periods of time
Dependable/reliable (attendance) to adhere to schedules
Possess sufficient transportation to and from work
Strong team-player
Proven Warehouse/Manufacturing/Industrial work environment experience
Initiative, which operators searches out new tasks and duties to manage time

Education and Experience

Work Environment

Working hours will be spent in factory and warehouse
Will be required to stand for long periods of time
Moderate to heavy physical activity such as walking and lifting up to 75 pounds
May also engage in frequent bending, stooping, squatting, pushing and pulling of parts and part containers
