Job Description
Schedule: Monday-Friday - 7am-4:30pm + Occasional Saturday
Pay: $22 an hour

Line Operator:
- Operate machinery as directed
- Meet production goals and deadlines
- Follow proper procedures and safety guidelines
- Maintain production lines in a timely and smooth manner
- Must be cross-trained and able to operate all production equipment
- Perform daily preventive maintenance
- Repair and tune machine as needed
- Detect product defects
- Problem solving skills
- Other duties as assigned
- Safely operate a loader
- Follow proper procedures and safety guidelines
- Load/Unload product
- Must be cross-trained and able to operate all production equipment
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent education
- Strong mechanical background
- Working previously in a manufacturing/production environment, preferably with at least one (1) year of related experience
- Knowledge of material handling
- Able to think independently while successfully functioning in a team environment.
- Be a self-starter who is reliable and can be trusted to show up to work every day, on time
- Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Maintain a high level of accuracy in all aspects of work assignments
