We are seeking experienced CDL B Drivers to join our team for immediate openings. This is a great opportunity for drivers who want steady, local work with competitive pay, benefits, and weekends off.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting pay: $27.00 per hour (opportunity increase after 6-month probation)

• Paid weekly

• Overtime available

• Eligible for Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits beginning the first month of employment

• Average annual salary: $50,000 – $55,000

Schedule

• Monday through Friday – weekends off

• Start time: 5:00 AM

• Shifts: 8–10 hours per day

• Local routes – home daily

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 26 FT automatic box truck

• Deliver insulation materials to residential and construction sites

• Unload rolls of insulation by hand (light-touch freight, not heavy)

• Maintain accurate and organized delivery logs

• Communicate regularly with dispatch to ensure timely deliveries

Requirements

• Valid CDL B Driver’s License

• 9–12 months of CDL B driving experience

• Ability to safely unload and handle insulation materials

• Strong communication and reliability
