CDL A Lead Driver / Driver Manager
Job Description
We are looking for a Class A CDL Lead Driver in the Kansas City, MO area.
As the Lead Driver, you will work in and out of the office from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday to Friday
Pay is $25.00 per hour overtime after 40 hours
Your responsibilities will include:
* Moving trailers within the yard.
* Maintaining all equipment and rentals.
* Scheduling preventative maintenance (PMs) with Penske.
* Monitoring driver logs.
* Scanning paperwork as needed.
You can be called after hours for any trailer or truck problems. There could be some long days!!!!!
Computer experience is required for this role.
Additionally, you may be required to deliver products to facilities and potentially unload palletized products to cover for another driver.
Driver Requirements:
* Minimum of 1 year of verifiable Class A CDL truck driving experience.
* Demonstrated history of hard work and reliability.
* Compliance with all Federal DOT qualifications for Commercial Motor Vehicle operation.
