Looking for an Experienced Carpet Cleaning Technician in the Westchester NY area

Pay $20 to $26 per hour DOE and will be discussed in an interview.

Monday to Saturday 7 am to 5 pm

Availability for Emergency work after hours and on Weekends including on-call shifts.

Responsibilities: 
Provide high quality cleaning services for wall-to-wall carpeting, area rugs and
upholstery using a truck mounted water extraction cleaning system.

 Ability to take proper measurements in order to create a Work Order/Invoice for the
cleaning services provided.
 
At times, you may need to provide labor such as controlled demolition, contents
manipulation and detailed cleaning on water, sewage, fire, mold remediation, bio-hazard and post construction cleaning jobs.

Load materials, tools, and equipment on to work vehicles and properly set up the equipment on job sites.

Provide a daily cleaning of the job site in order to maintain a clean and organized appearance.
 
Take responsibility for taking job notes, equipment counts and pictures for each job and log it properly into our job management app.
 
Provide daily vehicle maintenance and organization – vehicle cleaned, restocked, and ready for an emergency response.

Communicate with project managers to ensure proper execution and completion of jobs.

Requirements:
 Knowledge of Hydra-Master Direct Drive Truck Mount System preferred.

 Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.

 Willingness to work 10 hour days (7am to 5pm).

 IICRC certifications a plus.+++

 Ability to communicate properly with other technicians, project managers and office staff.
