Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and hard worker person who has Maintenance as well as Custodial / Janitorial Experience in the Richmond, VA area. 

You need to have both Maintenance and Janitorial Experience

Rate of pay is $18/hr. with OT over 40 hours (May go up with relevant experience)
Shift is Mon-Fri 7am start to completion

These duties can include but are not limited to:
  • Cleaning and sanitizing offices, restrooms, and warehouse areas / window washing
  • Wash and mop floors
  • Physically able to lift at least 50 lbs.
  • Positive attitude and willing to work
  • Perform some maintenance/handy work around the facility i.e.: painting
  • Complete cleaning of the interior and exterior of the facility
