Job Description

Seeking an Experienced Class B Driver in the Aurora, CO area! 

This is a temp to hire position!

Requirements:
  • Experience driving 26ft flatbed, curtain sides, or box truck
  • 1 year of verifiable experience with a Class B CDL
  • Current and valid D.O.T. Med Certificate
  • Able to lift 75 to 100 lbs 

In addition to the essential job functions described below, all associates will perform duties as requested by branch management. Assigned responsibilities and duties may vary based upon
location size and operations.

Job Functions:
  • Deliver materials by the time scheduled by your supervisor.
  • Validate directions.
  • Unload or assist in unloading material as required - using a pallet jack or dolly
  • Ensure that material is properly secured and within weight limits.
  • Ensure delivery of ticket with material and obtain customer signature.
  • Communicate with your supervisor throughout the day.
  • Pick up customer returns and validate that product matches request for credit.
  • Pick up local-pickup purchase orders.
  • Secure and return packing list(s).
  • Verify all material has been unloaded and placed at the delivery site.
  • Verify the customers signature on the delivery ticket.
  • Review delivered orders with the supervisor for completion, accuracy, and format.
  • Return all delivery ticket copies to warehouse and verify that none are missing.
  • Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
  • Comply with all Department of Transportation (DOT) standards and regulations.
  • Assist in warehouse as necessary.
  • Work overtime as needed.
Schedule:
  • Monday-Friday
  • 5:00am until workload is complete
  • On average 45 hours per week
  • 30 minute unpaid lunch break
Pay Rate:
  • $25.00 per hour
  • Overtime pay (Time and a half after 40 hours in one work week)
  • Weekly pay (Paycheck every Friday)
  • Direct Deposit Available
