We are in search of a Grounds Maintenance Associate for our warehouse in Albuquerque, NM

Job Description: 

The Grounds Maintenance Associate is responsible for maintaining the Division’s outdoor space in an aesthetically pleasing and functional manner. 

Duties include:
· Keep all areas of exterior campus clean and pressure wash surfaces as needed
· Maintain ground vegetation
· Maintain cleanliness of the truck shop area to include the interior and exterior of the facility
· Perform weed mitigation with spray chemicals as needed
· Maintain exterior sprinkler system
· Keep exterior trash picked up
· Maintain fence line and barrier for sand, trash, and other unwanted debris
· Keep exterior building clean to including washing of all windows
· Maintain exterior truck apron including dock equipment and doors
· Assist maintenance team with other duties as needed
Job Requirements:
· Prior landscaping / grounds maintenance experience preferred
· High School diploma or GED required
· Must be able to pass motor vehicle and criminal record background check
· Must be able to pass physical and drug screening
· Willing to work the majority of the time outside in all temperature and weather environments
· Must be available to work weekends if needed
