Job Summary
Responsible for managing assigned projects with a focus on safety, quality, cost control, scheduling, lean processes, documentation, and meeting client and company expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation, submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and tracking systems

• Support project start-up, planning, layout, and closeout (as-builts, O&M manuals, archives)

• Maintain schedules, QC trackers, and reporting for project meetings

• Assist with cost forecasting, billing, change orders, and cost analysis

• Ensure safety compliance and serve as safety lead for office staff

• Coordinate closely with Site Managers, Construction Managers, and clients

• Be on-site full time and continuously seek process improvements

Physical Requirements
Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, kneel, reach, and lift up to 30 lbs; regular computer use required.

Schedule:
Monday - Friday (Weekends occasionally required)
7am - 3:30pm

Pay:
$25-30/hr + Per Diem (If eligible)
