Hiring Experienced Journeyman - Solar Farm Projects - Bilingual is a plus!
Job Description
We are seeking experienced Solar Installers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in solar installations, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. If you are passionate about renewable energy and have a proven track record in solar installations, we want to hear from you. Must be able to travel from state to state for different projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair solar photovoltaic (PV) systems.
Perform system testing and commissioning.
Ensure installations comply with local, state, and federal codes.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with solar installations.
Work collaboratively with other team members and contractors.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Complete required documentation for each project.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in solar PV installation.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
Knowledge of local, state, and federal electrical and building codes.
OSHA 10 or 30 certification is preferred.
NABCEP certification is a plus.
Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Pay Rates:
General Labor - $22 - $24
Apprentices - $22-26
Operators - $25
Journeyman Electricians - $40+
Travelers will get a per diem**
BILINGUAL Experienced candidates are preferred
