NOW HIRING – Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) OperatorsStarting Pay: $17.50–$18.50 per Hour (Based on Experience)We're looking for experienced Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) Operators to join our warehouse team. If you have at least 2 years of PIT experience and are committed to safety and teamwork, we'd like to hear from you!Equipment You'll Operate
  • Stand-up forklifts (primary equipment)
  • Turret Truck (Swing Reach)
  • Sit-down PIT
Schedule1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Materials & Inbound Teams)2nd Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Outbound Team)Shift assignment is based on operational needs. The two shifts overlap by six hours.TrainingAll new hires complete a 3-day paid training program, including classroom and hands-on instruction, led by our Warehouse Safety Lead.Training Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PMRequirements
  • Minimum 2 years of Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) experience
  • Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment
  • Strong attention to safety and productivity
  • Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic
Dress Code
  • Steel or safety-toe shoes (required)
  • Durable work pants (no leggings, yoga pants, or pajama pants)
  • T-shirt (no halter tops or undershirts)
