Job Description

The Butcher prep raw materials to spec before finished goods; Is responsible for meeting order deadlines and daily efficiency goals; and must be able to multitask and provide quick responses/solutions to unforeseen production problems. This position requires high-level communication and collaboration and must always exhibit a professional, efficient demeanor.

Pay Range $21-$25 per hour
anual range $38K to $59K

Job Description: 
Ability to read and follow instructions on Production Sheets.
Safely handles knives or tools to perform tasks.
Sharpen and adjust cutting equipment
Performs cuts to meet standards
Operate assigned machinery to meet standards and expectations.
Ensure product meets all customer specifications before it moves to the next stage in the production area.
Cutting, grinding and preparing meats for packaging; Weighing, packaging, and keeping records of all meat products
Clean equipment and work areas to maintain health and sanitation standards.

Qualifications:
Minimal High School or GED
1-year experience in a Food Processing environment
Advanced knowledge of GMPs; HACCP Certified
1-year of Butcher experience
