Job Description

We are currently sales lead generators for our distribution center located in Sterling Heights MI.

Pay - $40k starting
Degree - BA/BS preferred
Schedule - Monday - Friday (2 days on site, 3 days remote)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Qualification:
    Assessing the potential of leads based on factors like their need, budget, and decision-making authority. 
  • Lead Nurturing:
    Providing information, answering questions, and building relationships with prospects to move them through the sales funnel. 
  • Collaboration with Sales:
    Working closely with the sales team to hand over qualified leads and provide insights into the lead generation process. 
  • Database Management:
    Maintaining and updating a lead database with accurate and relevant information. 
  • Prospecting and Research:
    Identifying potential customers through various channels, including online research, social media, and industry databases. 
  • Contacting Prospects:
    Making initial contact with potential customers via phone, email, or other methods to gauge interest and gather information. 

Essential Skills:
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for engaging with prospects and conveying information clearly. 
  • Persuasion: The ability to persuade prospects to engage further and schedule appointments or demos. 
  • Research: Skills in gathering and analyzing market data to identify and qualify potential leads. 
  • CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software to manage leads and track progress. 
  • Time Management: Ability to manage a high volume of leads and prioritize tasks effectively.
