Job Description

Our warehouse in Livermore deals in the handling and distribution of manufactured materials. Employees will be working for a highly prestigious company that directly works with Tesla auto parts and others. There are multiple positions and shifts available. Their process is simple and straight forward, while providing the right amount of work to keep your skillset growing. Providing you with a path for a better future.

Job duties:
- Properly handle timecards of warehouse and truck drivers
- Drafting invoices and getting approvals
- Communicate with clients and partners for timely submission of invoices
- Technology savvy
- Organizational skills in handling files
- Proper data entry
- Flexibility to work longer hours as needed

Schedule - 3am - 11:30am - Saturday to Wednesday 
Pay: $23.50 HR - $42000- 55000 per year
Must be open to working weekends!

Requirements:
Proficient in Excel
Organized
Experience with invoice processing is a plus
