Job Description

We are hiring a warehouse supervisor for our metal plant located in San Jose, CA.

Job description: 
  • Maintain communication with customers, management, staff, and vendors
  • Maintain current processes put in place by managment and assist in new processes
  • Execution of projects delegated around the facility, customers, and management
  • Ensure operational activities remain on time and in order
  • Ensure operational KPIs are met day to day
     
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 2+ Years of proven in experience of lead/supervisor experience
  • MUST have at least a Bachelors Degree
  • Knowledge of software applications in a distribution setting
  • Familiar with alloys is a plus!
  • Familiar with warehouse and forklift operations
  • Team orientated proven in operations
  • Ability to learn new warehouse applications

     
Preferred Qualifications:
 
  •  Management experience is a must
  • Ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control
  • Must have warehouse experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, Outlook)

Pay: $60k starting

Schedule:
Monday - Friday - 7a-4p
Saturdays - 8am-11am
