Job Description

We are hiring local General Laborer's to help build a solar farm on a site in Russell, Kansas.

Previous construction or solar experience is a plus!

Job Details:
Schedule - Monday through Friday (Some Saturdays will be required)
Start time - 7am - finish (OT is mandatory when needed)
Pay - $22/hour, OT after 40 hours

Job Description:
-General Laborer's are responsible for setting up and installing solar Modules, heavy lifting is required
-Must be able to lift up to 75lbs consistently throughout the day
-MUST BE OPEN TO WORKING OUTSIDE IN THE ELEMENTS!
-Basic understanding and use of power tools
-Working on solar field and having Module experience is a plus
-Assisting heavy equipment operators when needed
-May have to do physically demanding work, ex. dig ditches when needed
