Job Description

We are looking for Skilled machine operators to come in as soon as possible to help are growing manufacturing team. 


Schedule and Shift:  
Monday - Friday 

1st shift - 5:00AM-1:30PM
2nd shift - 1:30PM-10:00PM or 2:30PM-11:00PM
3rd shift - 8:00PM-4:30AM

We have multiply roles available: 

Finisher:    $20/HR ($36K to $47k per year)
Under general supervision, uses various tools (Burr Gun, Hand Grinder, Bench Grinder, Drill Press,Abrasive Disc, etc.) to finish raw castings under established safety and operating procedures in accordance with quality standards. Ensures that documentation, tooling and parts are correctly matched to paperwork.


Investment Operator:  $20.90/HR ($38K to $$49K per year)
Under general supervision, Inspects, cleans, dips shell molds, after primary
applications, and maintains backup slurry tanks in accordance with quality standards.
Ensures that documentation and parts are correctly matched. To build the backup shell
coat system sufficiently to withstand dewax pressure and the thermal shock of receiving
molten metal. All phases must conform to specifications on technique cards and
Quality Control Procedures.


Melt Helper:  $21.40/HR ($39K to $50K per year)
Under general supervision, melts various alloys in preparation for pouring into molds in
accordance with quality standards. Ensures that documentation and molds are correctly
matched to alloy and paperwork.


Melter:  $23.54/HR ($42k to $55k per year)
Under general supervision, melts various alloys in preparation for pouring into molds in
accordance with quality standards. Ensures that documentation and molds are correctly
matched to alloy and paperwork.


NDT Level I Penetrant:   $22.20/HR ($40K to $52Kper year)
Under general supervision, inspects the surface condition of castings using specialized equipment and a liquid Penetrant, using predetermined inspection methods approved by Quality Assurance, to ensure conformance to customer requirements in accordance with quality standards. Ensures that documentation, tooling, and parts are correctly matched to paperwork.




QUALIFICATIONS:

• Training is provided on the job and may be documented by Verbal, Written, or Practical Testing.

• Fully versed on confined space and potential energy danger of steam pressure. Experience and/or training are included in considerations.

• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, read, follows and interprets instructions on technique cards, code sheets as well as other verbal or written instructions.

• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.

• Ability to use simple to moderately complex measuring devices and fixtures.

• Physical ability to perform the essential job functions.
