Job Description

Are you a dynamic sales professional looking for a new challenge? A Spec Personnel client is seeking a Remote Sales Manager for a DIRECT HIRE position in the Tennessee and southeast market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop marketing activities and sales opportunities to attract new customers
  • Negotiate and propose business opportunities
  • Oversee sales, promotions, and campaigns
  • Prepare budgets and projections, approve expenditures
  • Track and analyze sales statistics
  • Handle customer complaints
  • Set discount rates and determine price schedules

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or foreign equivalent)
  • Willingness to travel
