Job Description

We are currently looking to hire experienced riggers to work out of our facility located in Wallingford

Monday to Friday
6am to 4:30pm
$23 an hour plus overtime 
$47,00 to $55,000

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in preparing rigging equipment, including slings, chains, shackles, and hoists.
  • Help set up, inspect, and maintain rigging gear to ensure safe and proper use.
  • Support lead riggers in attaching loads to cranes or other lifting devices.
  • Guide crane operators and signalers during lifts to ensure safe and efficient movement of materials.
  • Secure loads for transportation and ensure proper load balancing.
  • Follow safety procedures and guidelines, maintaining compliance with OSHA and company regulations.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections of tools and rigging equipment.
  • Assist with job site cleanup and organization.
  • Carry out other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
