Job Description

We are looking for a Representative with Construction and Precast Concrete knowledge who focuses on selling products or services remotely, primarily utilizing communication channels such as phone, email, and online platforms. This role is vital for businesses in generating new sales opportunities, nurturing customer relationships, and expanding market reach without the need for in-person meetings. Inside sales is considered an entry point into the sales profession, offering significant potential for growth and career advancement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generating leads: Researching and identifying potential clients or customers through various online channels, databases, and resources.
  • Outreach and engagement: Reaching out to leads through cold calls, sales emails, and other digital platforms to understand their needs and introduce product/service offerings.
  • Achieving sales targets: Working diligently towards meeting and surpassing individual and team sales quotas.
  • Product knowledge: Developing an in-depth understanding of the products or services offered to effectively address customer inquiries and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with other sales team members (including outside sales representatives and sales executives), marketing departments, and other internal teams to optimize sales strategies and processes
  • CRM management: Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and lead progression within a CRM system (SALESFORCE).
Qualifications
  • Self-motivation and goal orientation: Possessing an entrepreneurial drive, working independently, and consistently striving to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Excelling in both verbal and written communication, active listening, and the ability to build rapport remotely.
  • Technical proficiency: Familiarity and competence with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Construct Connect), sales automation tools, and various communication platforms (e.g., Google, Microsoft Teams).
  • Time management and organizational skills: Prioritizing tasks, managing multiple leads simultaneously, and maintaining accurate records Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus
Resilience and adaptability: Handling rejection professionally, maintaining motivation, and adapting to evolving market conditions and customer feedback
