Sanitation and Kitchen Prep Associates Needed!

We need several reliable Sanitation and Kitchen Prep Associates in the Aurora, IL area.

Multiple shifts and schedules available!
Pay is $17+

Sanitation Associates are responsible for all the activities involved in maintaining cleanliness, and a food safe environment in production areas, surrounding areas and equipment.

Essential Functions:

• Responsible for cleaning and sanitation of all food production equipment and machinery. I.E. Production machines, tables, mats, compost bins, sinks, drains, walls, and any surface that is scheduled for sanitation duties.
•  Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all kitting and packing equipment and surfaces.
• May be required to operate the dish-machine as needed.
•  Restocks all PPE as needed, such as hairnets, beard nets, gloves, face masks, and sleeve guards.
•  Responsible for the assistance in inventory of all linens/uniforms.
•  Responsible for all chemicals, their use, and safe handling.
•  Documents all job duties performed with work logs and follows the master schedule as directed.
• Perform other tasks as directed by supervisor/managers
•  Must follow all SSOP’s and Safety Regulations
•  Regular and timely attendance
•  All sanitation workers must provide their own slip resistant sanitation boots upon your start date.

• Perform cold food prep (chopping, slicing, portioning)
•  Portion ingredients into individual food packaging
•  Delicately pack weekly recipe ingredients into a standard shipping box, sticker, construct, and organize packaging materials
• Follow GMP policies
• Promptly communicate all safety related issues and concerns
•  Clean and general warehouse maintenance
•  Perform any and all other functions as determined by management

Job requirements:

• Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time and work in and out of cold storage environment

• Must have your own reliable transportation

• Must have a positive attitude and be on time every day
