Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced High Reach  Operator to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse operations, operating high-reach forklifts, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate high-reach forklifts to move, stack, and retrieve inventory.
  • Load and unload trucks while following safety protocols.
  • Accurately pick and stage products for shipping.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues.
  • Follow company safety guidelines and procedures at all times.

Compensation

Pay:  $23.00 to $23.50HR

AVG Salary: $46K to $48K

Varies based on shift time!

Requirements:
  •  1+ years of high-reach forklift experience (certification preferred).
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in  high racking systems (preferred).
  •  Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  •  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
