Job Description

Looking for a Transportation Coordinator / Administrator in the Lebanon, TN area.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) 


Shift: 11:30 pm to 8:00 am

Starting pay: $17.00


Job Description:
• Communicate late route communication reports to customers every 2hrs
• Must be able to work independently when a supervisor is not present at the facility
• Track and report driver and route data to managers and customer service
• Answer and coordinate incoming transportation related phone calls
• Assist dispatch with paperwork issues
• Assist dispatch with invoicing
• Loss prevention and safety
• Must have flexibility with work schedule to cover vacations/holidays for other coordinators
• Other duties may be assigned as needed

Job Requirements:
6m to 1yr in a transportation environment
Microsoft Office a Must (Excel/Word/Outlook)
Administrative support performing basic math and computer data entry skills.
Knowledge and understanding of Department of Transportation regulations.
High School Diploma or GED or Equivalent Experience
